Nancy Giles) The Daily Report, Ontario, California 17 Apr 1942 Death Takes Local Woman Rites Sunday for Mrs. Youngman Mrs. Irene Staub Youngman, wife of George Youngman, 742 East D street, died this morning at San Antonio hospital, where she had been a patient for the last 10 days, following a long illness, at the age of 49 years. A native of Greenville, Ill., Mrs. Youngman came to California 27 years ago and moved to Ontario from Brawley 15 years ago. She was a member of the Foursquare Gospel church. Surviving Mrs. Youngman besides the widower are two daughters, Miss Betty Jean Youngman and Mrs. Roy Maxie, Ontario; two sons, Sgt. George Youngman, Fort Lewis, Wash., and Pvt. Bill Youngman, San Diego; three sisters, Miss Effie Staub, Ontario; Mrs. Rans Baker, Brawley, and Mrs. Mame Floyd, Alameda; a brother, Harry Staub, Brawley, and one grand-child. With arrangements in charge of the J. B. Draper company, funeral services are to be conducted Sunday 2:30 p.m. at the Foursquare Gospel church, with the Revs. H. D. and Nita Mitzner, the latter a niece of Mrs. Youngman, officiating. Interment will be in Bellevue cemetery.
