of Indianapolis, IND; Mrs. Henry KLOPPENBURG of Springfield; Mr. Henry KLOPPENBURG. of Springfield; Mr. Herman SCHAEFFER, 
of Champaign, a colleague of Mr. FINNAN'S in the state legislature; Lyle CHADBAND, of Champaign, a colleague of Mr. FINNAN'S
