The Dispatch, Danvers, IL At 6:30 o'clock Thursday evening Mr. William B. Artis of Danvers was united in the holy bonds of wedlock to Miss Daisy B. Carlock of Carlock. The happy event occurred at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Carlock, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Mr. Boyer of Eureka. At the hour above mentioned, to the strains of a wedding march rendered by Miss Pearl Ropp, the happy couple who were unattended, took their places beneath a large wedding bell of carnations and ferns. The bride was tastefully gowned in white Persian muslin and carried a beautiful bouquet of bride's roses. Following the customary congratulations, the guests partook of a bountiful repast to which all did ample justice. Mr. and Mrs. Artis were the recipients of quite an array of wedding presents. THE DISPATCH joins with a large circle of friends, in wishing them a happy and prosperous journey through the future years of their wedded life. The young couple will reside on the groom's farm near this place and the bride will be welcomed to Danvers society.
