Bloomington-- Clarise Innis, eighteen years old, died 
from the effects of rough usage in efforts to revive 
him after being nearly drowned in Miller Park lake.  His 
parents will prosecute city officials for neglect to 
provide proper facilities for rescue work as provided by 
state laws.
