Obituary of Ellen Burgess MUSSELMAN, McLean County, Illinois


Mrs Ellen Barbara Burgess, 78 of 1104 Carroll died Monday at
9am. of heart trouble, in Mary Greeley hospital. She had been
taken to the hospital three days ago a day after she became ill.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 pm. in the
Assembly of God Church with Rev. S.E. Carlsen pastor
officiating. Burial will be in the Colo cemetery.

Mrs Burgess who was born July 9th 1867 at Bloomington IL. came
to Story Co in 1924. She was married to George Burgess Jan 25th
1885. He died in 1935 a few months after they had observed their
golden wedding anniversary. Survivors include three sons, five
daughters, two brothers and a sister.
