Levi Johnson is so well known to our readers that it is superfluous to state that any enterprise 
in which he interests himself is safe and sure of success, and the fact that he has been working 
on the proposed line, fighting its way since the first suggestion of such a line, until it has 
reached its present measure of completion, when it is officially incorporated, when franchises 
are being granted to it, and the right of way secured, is the surest indication that the Peoria, 
Bloomington and Pekin Interurban Railway is to be one of the successes of the immediate future.
